Very much enjoyed the smoked brisket sandwich. Pho was well seasoned too!

Probably the most flavorful pho broth I've had in many, many years. Blown away by how good this is. The meat is really high quality and perfectly cooked as well. The "large" portion is huge, so come hungry.Quick, friendly service and reasonable prices.Only passing through Sacramento, but I'd come here weekly if this was near home. This place is a gem.

A wonderful small pho shop that offers flavorful broth and hearty portions. Their house special (P1) even comes with a rib with plenty of meat on the bone. They have two types of onions in the broth and no cilantro!The food did take a little extra time to prepare and there isn't a lot of seating, but the staff are very friendly and the quality of the food makes up for it.

Best Pho in Sacramento! The broth & chicken was so tasty and the noodles were fresh (my first time eating a bowl of pho in one sitting). I was greeted with amazing positive energy. This Pho business deserves to be recognized. I’m glad I found this hidden gem.

Robust and beefy broth, heavy on the clove and star anise….best broth I’ve had in years! We ordered the Ox Tail with extra tendon on the side, Chicken, and Fulton House Phò! Please check out the vids

Fulton Pho (Pho like fun) - I had the seafood pho (soup) and it was SO good. I loved it. I went with friends and we all had the same thing. I got the small because someone else wanted to pay, but it was more than enough. My friend that paid got the large and it was LARGE! When I say it was packed full of meaty seafood pieces, believe me. Not little tiny salad shrimps either. This was a mighty meal!Next time I'm fasting before I go and getting a large. I don't eat out much, but I am definitely going to eat here again. And again.I'm sorry I didn't get any pictures because the guys sitting next to us was eating something that looked like it came from the Flintstones with the big bone sitting out of the soup. It was awesome. It was the Oxtail Pho.

This place is impressive.To provide such quantity, quality, and taste at this price point is truly remarkable. I can confidently say that, at least for the 'House Pho' menu, this is the best pho restaurant in the area.The meat has no off-flavors and is tender, suggesting it’s been simmered for at least an hour. The bowl isn’t small, but it’s filled to the brim with noodles, meat, and other ingredients. In fact, there’s more meat than noodles.It seems like a great option for post-workout protein intake or a meal for recovery.The seasoning is spot on as well. If you like a bit of spice, I recommend adding 1-2 spoonfuls of the chili sauce shown in the picture.I’m already worried that in a few months, this place will be crowded with long lines.Still, I do have some minor complaints. The restroom could be cleaner, and the furniture feels a bit worn out.

For me, the pho broth is what makes or breaks the pho.This places broth was pretty solid. I dug it.I got the fresh noodles to go along with my bowl. A must in my opinion.Good portion on meats and noodles. Will definitely be back
